Became a trustee in: 2021
I became a trustee of Citizens Advice Exeter because I want everyone to have access to information and support in challenging times. I want everyone to feel welcomed and supported in Devon. I think the role that Citizens Advice provides for our community is essential.
As a proud young trustee, I am particularly interested in fundraising, governance and equality, diversity and inclusion.
I currently work as Governance Manager at the Royal Devon and Exeter NHS Foundation Trust (RD&E) working across the Medical division, managing incidents, risk and speciality governance. I also act as an Inclusion Champion for the RD&E. Previously, I completed an LLB Law degree at the University of Exeter specifically studying intersectional and feminist legal theory with a keen interest in digital crimes. At University, I was heavily involved in fundraising both personally and as President of Exeter Raise and Give society.
I hope to bring my varied skills and knowledge to the trustee board and I am excited about working with such a brilliant team.
