I became a trustee of Citizens Advice Exeter because I want everyone to have access to information and support in challenging times. I want everyone to feel welcomed and supported in Devon. I think the role that Citizens Advice provides for our community is essential.
As a proud young trustee, I am particularly interested in workforce, equality, diversity and inclusion, and so I am currently the lead trustee for EDI.
As System Workforce Business Partner for the Integrated Care System in Bristol, North Somerset and South Gloucestershire I am the strategic lead across retention, recruitment, international recruitment and health and wellbeing. Within this role, I collaborate with health and care partners across the BNSSG patch to strategically direct and improve workforce experience. Previous notable roles have included strategic system EDI lead and Governance Manager at other NHS organisations. I completed an LLB Law degree at the University of Exeter specifically studying intersectional and feminist legal theory with a keen interest in digital crimes. At University, I was heavily involved in fundraising both personally and as President of Exeter Raise and Give society.
