Welcome to Citizens Advice Exeter
Due to the ongoing Coronavirus pandemic, we have reluctantly taken the decision to close our face-to-face services in Exeter until further notice.
We still continue to deliver our service through our enhanced Helpline but would first ask that you visit www.citizensadvice.org.uk for initial advice and information.
Our Helpline number is 0808 278 7845 (freephone)
Currently available as follows: Monday - Friday 10:00am – 4:00pm
or textphone via Relay UK - if you can't hear or speak on the phone, you can type what you want to say to: 18001 then 0800 144 8884
You can check what to do if coronavirus affects your work, benefits or travel here.
Whatever your problem, whatever your situation, we aim to provide you with the advice you need for the problems you face.
Our service is free, independent, impartial and confidential.
We value diversity, we promote equality and we will challenge discrimination.
If you have suffered because of unfair treatment then tell us your story because alongside our advice work we are active campaigners working to improve policies and practices that affect people’s lives.
